What is Adire fabric?
Adire is a traditional Nigerian textile art that involves wax resistant dyeing techniques to create unique patterns and vibrant colours. Each piece is handcrafted, making it one-of-a-kind.
How do I care for my Adire products?
- Washing: Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
- Drying: Gently squeeze out excess water and dry in the shade to prevent fading.
- Ironing: Use low to medium heat and iron on the reverse side.
Can I bring my own fabric to be tailored?
At the moment, we do not offer fabric tailoring services. However, you can bring your fabric for jotter production
Do you only sell Adire?
Yes, everything we sell is Adire-related, including fabrics, ready-to-wear pieces, jotters, and tote bags.
Do you offer wholesale services?
Yes, we offer wholesale services for both Adire fabrics and ready-to-wear pieces. The minimum wholesale order is 5 pieces per order.
How can I order Adire jotters and tote bags?
Our jotters and tote bags are not readily available; they are strictly made on pre-order based on your preferences. Contact us to customize your order.
Do you sell Adire fabric alone?
Yes, we sell Adire fabrics separately. Customers can style them as they please or opt for our in-house stylist for an additional cost, which may also extend delivery time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Preorders (jotters & tote bags): Available 10 working days after payment confirmation.
- Local Orders (ready-to-wear & fabric): Delivery takes 1-3 working days upon completion.
- International Orders: Delivery takes 7-14 working days upon completion.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but modifications restart the production timeline. Your new delivery timeframe will begin “10 working days” after the changes are confirmed.
What if I receive the wrong order?
We apologize for any errors. Please contact us at +234-706-327-7803 with details, and we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund at no extra cost, upon confirmation that we sent the wrong item(s).
Do you offer custom Adire designs?
At the moment, our ready-to-wear collection follows standard designs, but we may accommodate custom orders for special requests. Contact us for more details.
